VIP Summer Dinner Menu

Our pekish dinner and show menus are served as alternate drop
either 2 course or 3 depending on show ticket price inclusion – all dietary requests are accommodated,

Entrées served 50 / 50 

Calamari tossed w roquette & paw paw salsa w coriander (can be made gf)

Wild mushroom & baby spinach arancini balls served on a bed of romesco purée topped w roquette & shaved parmesan (veg)

Mains served 50 / 50

Oven roasted chicken fillet served w creamy mash,
brocollini & finished w a creamy champagne & chive sauce (gf)

Grain fed porterhouse steak, cooked medium,
served w chat potatoes, buttered green beans
& finished w a Pepperjack shiraz jus (gf)

Vegetarian Main alternative – available on request 
Slow roasted mediterranean vegetables, tossed through arborio rice,
w white wine & vegetable stock finished w shaved parmesan (gf)

Dessert – individual serves

Trio of miniature tartlets – (gf selection avail)

Please be aware of dinner and show times for your event,
our kitchen is required to serve the set menus within an allocated time frame
and late comers will miss dishes missed out on courses served.
